Job Description

Put your electronics inspection expertise to work with cutting-edge AOI and X-ray technology while helping ensure every PCB assembly meets the highest quality standards.

SALARY:

$22-$28/hr.

DOE LOCATION

Hillsboro, OR

SCHEDULE

Full-time; Monday-Friday | 7:00am-4:00pm

•Drug screen and background check required upon offer

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Inspect SMT and through-hole PCB assemblies to

IPC-A-610

standards.



Operate AOI and X-ray inspection equipment to identify defects and quality issues.



Perform first article inspections and accurately document inspection results.



Review drawings, BOMs, and work instructions to verify assembly and quality requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Electronics manufacturing and quality inspection experience.



Knowledge of

IPC-A-610

standards and PCB/SMT/through-hole assemblies.



Ability to read blueprints, BOMs, drawings, and assembly instructions.



Experience with AOI, X-ray inspection, and basic measuring tools; AOI programming preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed visual inspections of PCB assemblies and operating inspection equipment. Must have sufficient visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity to handle small electronic components, use basic measuring tools, and accurately document inspection results.
