The Role at a Glance We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to help keep our produce and products at their best. In this role, you'll be hands-on with fresh goods every day—checking inbound shipments, monitoring inventory quality, and making sure only the freshest products reach our customers. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for food, and the drive to uphold high standards, this could be the role for you. Your Day-to-Day Impact Inspect inbound produce shipments to ensure they meet USDA and company quality standards. Check inventory regularly—opening cases, tracking dates, and confirming proper rotation. Record inspection results clearly and share findings with the right teams. Partner with the Buying Team to address quality concerns and find practical solutions. What You'll Bring to the Table 2+ years of experience in the produce industry—retail, wholesale, or distribution. Solid understanding of produce handling, storage, and inspection practices . A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent , and at least 18 years of age. Ability to read, understand, and follow directions in English . Comfort with basic computer tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook . Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in cold environments for extended periods.
