Full Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled QC Mechanical Test Inspector III to join a dynamic Quality team in a technical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for advanced inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in quality control, electronics testing, and system-level diagnostics, ensuring all products meet strict customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

' Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure conformance to drawings and specifications ' Conduct mechanical and electronic testing on complex systems and components ' Identify, document, and report nonconformities to QA/QC leadership and project teams ' Execute and follow test procedures, first article inspections, and RMA processes ' Troubleshoot at the component level across hydraulic, pneumatic, liquid, and electronic systems ' Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and internal equipment ' Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and logic drawings ' Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and QC workflow organization

Qualifications:

' Minimum 4+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment ' Strong electronics testing and troubleshooting experience ' Knowledge of PLC operations and complex systems integration ' Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams ' Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems ' Experience with multimeters, Ohm's Law, and Watt's Law calculations ' NFPA 70E knowledge and UL experience preferred
