•BOE We are seeking detail-oriented and quality-focused individuals to join our manufacturing team as Quality Inspectors at our client located in Tualatin, Oregon. Position Summary The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. This role plays a critical part in supporting manufacturing operations and maintaining our client's commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform dimensional and visual inspections on machined, assembled, and finished components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Identify, document, and communicate non-conforming materials or products. Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues. Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measurement tools. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Preferred:

Experience in firearms, aerospace, machining, medical devices, or other precision manufacturing industries. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Familiarity with ISO quality systems. Experience using CMM equipment is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently lift and move materials up to 40 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$22.00
