Job Description
The Quality Inspector III is responsible for overseeing daily inspection activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection to ensure products meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role serves as the link between quality and Ops by driving consistent inspection practices, timely resolution of quality inspection issues, and overall quality performance in a manufacturing environment. Job Requirements Coordinate daily QC inspection activities based on production priorities and risk Assign work, monitor performance, and provide on-the-floor guidance and training to new QC inspectors Ensure adherence to inspection plans, drawings, specifications, and standardized inspection methods Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable standards such as ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
Escalate critical quality risks that may impact product quality, delivery, or compliance Perform inspections regularly to support workload and ensure continuity of operations Maintain a safe work environment by monitoring safety risks and ensuring adherence to safety procedures Coordinate overtime planning and workload distribution in alignment with Quality Supervisor and production needs Support and drive 5S, Safety Standards, Quality, and consistent implementation of company and plant procedures and policies. Other duties as assigned What your background should look like High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience required as a QC Inspector or 5 years of overall production experience. Must have ability to take independent decisions regarding the product . Working knowledge of production flow and processes Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required for leading others Basic computer skills including data entry, SAP manufacturing andISO 9001

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,500 - $66,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
