Quality Inspector - Weekly Pay | Immediate Interviews About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our growing team. In this role, you will inspect, audit, and report on materials, processes, and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. What You'll Do Inspect and audit materials, processes, and finished products to verify quality standards Monitor assembly and production processes to ensure procedures are followed and remain in control Use ERP systems to access drawings, work instructions, and production documentation Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and customer specifications Review work order packets (travelers, BOMs, routings) to ensure accuracy and traceability Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other tools (metric & imperial) Use microscopes to inspect small components with tight tolerances Compare measurement data to specifications to ensure compliance Verify routing steps are completed and properly documented Assist with packaging while ensuring quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support team goals with consistent attendance and attention to detail What You Bring Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Strong skills using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Ability to work with tight tolerances and very small parts Understanding of both metric and standard measurement systems Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy Experience working with ERP systems (preferred) Ability to follow work orders and maintain traceability Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience inspecting small or complex components Familiarity with assembly and production processes Comfort using microscopes and inspection equipment Strong organizational and documentation skills Willingness to learn and grow within the company Why Join Us? ✅ Weekly Pay ✅ Immediate Interviews & Quick Hiring Process ✅ Clean, organized, and high-tech work environment ✅ First-shift schedule for work-life balance ✅ Opportunities for training, advancement, and career growth ✅ Work with a team that values precision, quality, and customer satisfaction Work Environment You'll work in a clean, well-organized production setting focused on precision and quality. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
