09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team at King Precision Solutions. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of our machined parts, from prototype orders to high-volume production runs.

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections on finished products, in-process components, and First piece acceptance. Read and interpret machine drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Utilize mechanical gauges such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and thread gauges. Conduct inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) or Optical Gaging Products (OGP) if experienced. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results. Work with minimal supervision, following directions and meeting production deadlines. Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in a machine shop or manufacturing environment preferred. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Strong knowledge of mechanical gauges and measurement tools. Familiarity with CMM or OGP systems is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
