What You'll Do As a Quality Inspector, you will: Inspect parts and components in Final Inspection and End-of-Dryer Inspection areas to ensure compliance with customer and quality requirements. Use inspection equipment, measuring tools, and testing equipment to verify product quality and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and work instructions. Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances and quality concerns. Count, package, and prepare parts for shipment to customers. Remove masking materials from finished parts as required. Set up and operate production and testing equipment when needed. Perform basic equipment maintenance as part of the Preventative Maintenance Program. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, and suppliers. What We're Looking For We seek individuals who: Have a strong work ethic and take pride in producing quality work. Are highly detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills. Can read and understand blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Have a basic understanding of measurements, including decimals, fractions, and mils. Are comfortable using computers to enter and retrieve information. Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Value safety and consistently follow workplace procedures and PPE requirements. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures. General computer skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to sit for extended periods, move throughout the production floor, and lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to meet ITAR employment requirements. Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screen.
