Assembler/Fabricator/Saw Operator Canonsburg, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22642507 Summary Canonsburg, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 0 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Specified Systems is seeking a skilled Assembler/Fabricator/Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Washington PA facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various saws for cutting aluminum and other materials. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications. Duties Operate saws to cut metal and other materials according to specifications. Perform quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet standards. Utilize hand tools and machinery, including press brake machines, to assemble components as needed. Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Use measuring tools to verify dimensions of cut materials. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of saws and machinery. Familiarity with aluminum fabrication processes and tooling is preferred. Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools, including micrometers. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately. Proficient in using hand tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
