We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to help ensure products consistently meet established quality standards and specifications. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or quality control experience who enjoys identifying issues, solving problems, and working closely with production and engineering teams. 2015 is a plus, but not required. What You'll Do Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Coordinate calibration of measurement and inspection equipment, including tools sent to outside vendors. Identify, document, and track quality issues, non-conformances, and defects. Perform root cause analysis and help implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Issue Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) when non-conformances are supplier-related. Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, and quality-related documentation. Work closely with production, engineering, and management to resolve quality concerns. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve product quality and production efficiency. Assist with developing and maintaining quality control procedures and documentation. Support internal and external audits as needed. Work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training or quality control certification is preferred. Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, inspection, or a related field . Familiarity with root cause analysis and CAPA processes. Understanding of quality standards and procedures.
