$17.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Employee discounts Paid training and development Career advancement opportunities within CarShop and Penske Automotive Group Stable employment with a Fortune 500 company Supportive team-oriented culture What You'll Do As an Automotive Quality Control Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle meets CarShop's quality standards before being offered for retail sale. Responsibilities include: Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet CarShop's quality standards and retail readiness requirements Identify cosmetic, detailing, or quality deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with the Detail Department Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to service and sales teams Verify vehicles meet standards outlined in the CarShop Quality Control Manual Assist the Photography Team with capturing vehicle images as needed Support the Detail Department during periods of increased business demand Maintain accurate quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Help ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For Previous automotive detailing, reconditioning, or quality control experience required Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively communicate issues and recommendations across departments Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others Proven ability to meet commitments and achieve performance goals Strong organizational and time-management skills Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing Ready to Join Our Team?
