Saturday Starting Pay:

$19.50/hour

Your responsibilities will include:

Sort scrap materials by color. Operate grinding equipment to process scrap materials. Clean grinders and drums when changing between different colors of material. Organize your work area and consolidate/stack boxes and materials. Weigh reprocessed customer scrap and provide accurate weights to Accounting. Properly identify and label reground materials by color number. Make sure boxes and skids are available for storing regrind materials. Keep different types of scrap-including flex, purge, slugs, and other materials-properly separated. Separate flexible materials from other scrap. Operate a forklift to safely move materials. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to identify differences in color. Ability to safely operate a forklift, band saw, hand tools and other required equipment. Training will be provided. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Willingness to learn and take pride in doing quality work.
