Job Description

division is currently seeking a Tester- 1st Shift to join our team in Glenolden, PA! The core hours are 7 am

- Verify product compliance to Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) / drawings and maintain accurate ATP records
- Utilize test fixtures and test equipment including oscilloscopes, function generator, device programmer, mass spectrometer, vibration table, tenney chamber, hot oil room, etc. to perform ATP.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose common failure modes when test failures occur.
- Inspect and diagnose PC Boards to component level (for failure analysis)
- Work from work orders, engineering drawings, and visual/written work instructions to assemble electro
- mechanical components.
- Coordinate with Engineering group for shared resources and test validation
- Identify and initiate continuous improvement for product safety, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic)Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Technical Degree in Electronics or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years of electronic testing experience in a manufacturing environment.
Skills & Specialized Knowledge:
- Understanding basic pressure theory
- Understanding of electronic theory. Basic understanding of Ohm's law and the relationship between resistance, current, and voltage.
- When an assembly fails resistance at in process or final test the employee should be capable of diagnosing and recommending fixing, where applicable, in most cases.
- Capable of measuring resistor components with multimeter
- Ability to perform ATP product testing using Labview programming interface and test racks.
- Knowledge of High and Low pressure test vessels and safety precautions when working
- Proper use of Mil-Spec oils and gasses
- Basic Electronics and Mechanical Theory in relation to PC Board troubleshooting #LI-SK1 All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
