• Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production processes and ensuring the timely delivery of orders to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in the field of fabrication.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and operation of laser cutting machines according to job specifications.
• Perform material handling tasks including loading and unloading of materials onto/from the machines.
• Operate machines (lasers, press brakes, deburring, pem inserters, powder, and paint stations)
• Conduct quality inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet our standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
• Assist in inventory management tasks such as tracking materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times.

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Basic understanding of machining processes and tools.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
