What We're Looking For:

Skills & Mindset 1-2 years of experience in food safety or quality (degree in Bio/Chem/Food Science a plus) Strong communication and collaboration skills — you'll be working with multiple departments daily Detail-oriented with follow-through — you own your tasks and see them through Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HACCP and SAP experience are nice to have Your Future at Clemens Success in this role means becoming a trusted SME in your area within your first year.
