Full-TimePosition OverviewSeeking an experienced Aviation QA/QC Inspector to ensure helicopter maintenance and MRO activities meet FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards. The role combines hands-on aircraft inspection with quality, compliance, and airworthiness documentation responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform in-process and final inspections of airframes, engines, avionics, wiring, and mechanical systems.
Conduct return-to-service inspections and authorized aircraft sign-offs.
Identify and document discrepancies and non-conformities.
Review maintenance records, logbooks, ADs, SBs, and airworthiness documentation.
Support audits, regulatory inspections, corrective actions, and quality improvements.
Verify calibration and control of inspection tools and equipment.
Work closely with maintenance and MRO teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements7+ years of hands-on helicopter maintenance and/or aviation quality inspection experience.
Valid FAA A&P license required.
Strong knowledge of helicopter maintenance and airworthiness requirements.
Experience interpreting drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Proficiency with precision inspection tools and computerized maintenance systems.
FAA Part 43/145 or MRO experience strongly preferred.
