Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet rigorous quality standards through precise inspection, measurement, and analysis. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with industry regulations and uphold the integrity of our manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence in quality assurance. Duties Perform dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems to verify product specification Operate measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to perform precise dimensional inspections. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings clearly for continuous improvement initiatives. Support calibration of measuring instruments and ensure adherence to calibration schedules for accuracy in inspections. Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, height gauges, and other precision measurement tools. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and conducting quality audits effectively Proficiency in basic math skills necessary for dimensional analysis and data interpretation. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail for identifying deviations from quality standards in production processes. Pay:
$16.00 - $30.03 per hour
