(B360™) is seeking an experienced Diving Superintendent / Underwater Quality Assurance Inspector to support underwater construction quality assurance inspections for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) infrastructure project at Montgomery Locks & Dam in Monaca, Pennsylvania. The project involves construction of a new lock chamber with underwater structural features, including drilled shafts, mass concrete monoliths, and driven sheet pile cellular cofferdam structures . The selected candidate will support underwater QA inspections to verify construction compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and USACE quality requirements. The position requires demonstrated experience performing underwater inspections in active marine, hydraulic, heavy civil, or USACE/Navy environments. The ideal candidate will have experience leading dive operations, preparing dive plans, conducting underwater structural inspections, and producing detailed QA inspection documentation. ResponsibilitiesUnderwater QA Inspection Perform underwater quality assurance inspections of construction features including: Reinforced concrete drilled shafts; Concrete monolith foundations; Underwater rock preparation; Reinforcing steel placement; Sheet pile cofferdam structures. Conduct hands-on and visual underwater inspections to verify compliance with contract requirements. Evaluate concrete conditions, including surface soundness and deficiencies. Verify reinforcing steel placement, clearances, and installation conditions. Inspect sheet pile interlocks and structural interfaces. Capture high-quality underwater photographs and video documenting inspection findings. The SOW requires underwater inspection of drilled shafts, including assessment of concrete soundness and documentation through visual evidence. It also requires inspection of underwater rebar placement and sheet pile interlock conditions. Diving Operations Management Serve as Diving Superintendent responsible for safe execution of underwater inspection operations.

Experience performing underwater inspections on:
Marine structures; Dams; Locks; Bridges; Hydraulic structures; Heavy civil construction projects. The USACE requirement specifically requires the Diving Superintendent to have at least 10 years of diving experience and 5 years of diving supervision experience. Experience developing and implementing dive plans. Experience operating surface-supplied air diving systems. Ability to work in active construction environments. Strong written documentation and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior USACE or U.S. Navy diving project experience. Experience supporting Corps of Engineers construction projects.
