We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team here at Ralph S. Alberts. No manufacturing or QC background? No problem, we'll train the right person! If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn, we'd love to talk to you. What You'll Do Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to make sure they meet customer and company quality standards Measure parts using tools like tape measures, calipers, and micrometers (training provided) Compare finished products to customer drawings and specs Identify and document quality issues, and work with the production team to solve them Help maintain inspection records and assist with quality audits and improvement projects Pitch in on hands-on production work when needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a positive, willing-to-learn attitude Ability to read and follow written instructions Basic computer skills for data entry Good communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working independently and staying organized Manufacturing or QC experience is a plus, but it's absolutely not required. We're happy to train the right person. Schedule First Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm. Overtime may be required.
