Quality Technician About Intervala, LLC Intervala is a full-service electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, delivering high-quality, complex printed circuit board assemblies, cable and harness assemblies, and electromechanical systems. Job Summary & Essential Functions Responsible for ensuring Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) compliance across the manufacturing environment while supporting Quality Engineering and inspection activities. Set up and maintain ESD-controlled workstations and production areas Perform scheduled compliance audits and record test data Monitor ESD equipment, calibration, and labeling Identify risks, report findings, and support corrective actions Maintain ESD logs, documentation, and certification records Promote ESD awareness and best practices on the production floor Support receiving, in-process, and final inspections Assist with inspection plans and work instructions Help define inspection criteria for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies Participate in nonconformance review and investigations Compile inspection/test data and maintain quality records Support QMS and quality engineering initiatives Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Understanding of ESD standards and audit practices preferred Ability to read technical documents and specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective communication and multitasking ability Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/SharePoint a plus Required Experience & Education High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred 2+ years manufacturing or quality experience preferred Experience in ESD-controlled environments strongly preferred PCB or cable assembly experience a plus Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay and great benefits— including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off Be part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunities A supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matter Meaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the world Intervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
