Hourly Rate $20.95. The shift will be changing to 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, starting in 2027.

What You Will Do:

Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully empowered team member to achieve the organization-wide goal of zero incidents. Follow specific instructions on completing tasks assigned and be able to make suggestions for improvement. Cut foam plates into specified dimensions. Operate and maintain fabrication equipment in assigned work area. Adjust machines and make corrections. Assist with other tasks associated with product fabrication. Responsible for all operations of saws cutting in the fabrication department. Accurately key data into a computer. Transact accurately with scan guns. Daily cycle counts of all plates on the production floor. Maintain accuracy of all paperwork.

What you will need:

Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and operate machinery on a continuous basis. Ability to routinely lift objects of 25lbs. and push or pull objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to work overtime and flexible hours during high-demand production seasons. Knowledge of PC usage is preferred, as well as basic data entry operations. Fork truck certification is a plus. Must be able to pass PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) course and receive certificate. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
