Description Sthenos LLC (PA entity ID on file), doing business as Sthenos Technologies, is a contracted staffing vendor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is hiring a Quality Improvement Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Pittsburgh, One Chatham Center, Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

Schedule:

full-time weekday schedule, to be set with the supervisor. The Coordinator monitors program and provider quality metrics; analyzes performance data and identifies trends; supports quality-improvement initiatives and corrective-action development and follow-up; prepares reports, findings and recommendations; coordinates with ODP personnel and provider organizations; tracks quality issues through resolution; and maintains program documentation and compliance with program standards.

Requirements:

bachelor's degree; 3+ years of quality improvement, healthcare, human services or developmental-disability program experience; strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills; ability to interpret quality metrics and performance data; strong organization and documentation skills. This is a full-time, W-2 contract position through Sthenos Technologies, working on-site in Pittsburgh. Sthenos Technologies is the employer of record and pay is processed weekly.

Pay:

$30.00 per hour. Credentialing completed through Sthenos before start: government-issued photo ID; PA State Police criminal background check (ePATCH); FBI fingerprint clearance; PA Child Abuse History Clearance; professional references; pre-employment drug screen.
