Job Description

We are looking for an entry level Quality lab technician to perform laboratory testing of incoming raw materials, finished products, and new products to provide diagnostic data. The ideal candidate will have some manufacturing experience, a steady work history, strong computer skills, and the ability to understand Standard Operating Procedures.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Perform Quality Control tests on incoming raw materials and finished products. 2. Perform Research and Development testing new products. 3. Provide technical assistance during the first run of new products. 4. Perform special tasks, as assigned. Back up other QC technicians as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, ability to interact with all levels of the organization, and work well independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and periodically walk around the production floor, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds. Core operating hours
  • 6 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime
