Site Quality Technician Position Summary The Site Quality Technician supports daily quality operations by maintaining quality systems, reviewing and releasing production documentation, conducting floor audits, and assisting with inspection readiness. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality, regulatory, and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Perform standardized qualitative and quantitative testing to verify products meet established specifications and quality standards. Monitor product quality throughout production and identify, isolate, and report nonconforming materials or products. Investigate quality deficiencies and support corrective actions and resolution activities. Assist with troubleshooting incoming material issues and support root cause analysis efforts. Manage product control and release activities within warehouse management and enterprise systems. Generate, review, and verify production and quality documentation for accuracy and completeness. Communicate quality findings, concerns, and updates to internal teams and external partners as needed. Support customer specification clarification and issue resolution activities. Assist with quality system processes including deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), mock recalls, and audit preparation. Partner with project management and operational teams to communicate quality-related issues in a timely manner. Follow and enforce all quality, safety, regulatory, and operational procedures. Maintain quality assurance databases, reports, logs, and records. Conduct detailed review of batch production records to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and regulatory standards. Support product release activities for distribution. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments including operations, warehouse, and quality teams. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support root cause investigations. Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to review highly detailed documentation accurately. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual skills are a plus. Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) preferred. Proficiency with quality documentation systems and inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus. Strong work ethic, sound judgment, dependability, and a positive attitude. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs. May work near moving mechanical equipment and occasionally around fumes, airborne particles, loud noise, or varying temperatures. Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments. Hours are Sunday through Thursday 9PM -530 AM Work Environment This position operates in both office and warehouse settings. Warehouse conditions may include varying temperatures and exposure to industrial equipment. Occasional extended hours, weekend work, or after-hours communication may be required based on operational needs.
