Responsibilities for a Quality Inspection Associate include but are not limited to:

• Inspect vials and syringes containing vaccines using automated and manual inspection processes, checking for proper container closure, levels, cosmetic defects, foreign objects, and particulates.
• Perform automated inspection while standing and repeatedly moving trays, tubs, and totes from ground level to waist height; perform manual inspection from a seated position at a bench.
• Move materials, carts, and empty pallets and operate a pallet jack as needed while following established safety procedures.
• Complete required documentation and digital records while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and cGMP requirements. Candidates for Quality Inspection Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds, and stack materials 4-6 feet high.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and maintain focus and concentration during detailed inspection activities; 20/20 vision with or without prescribed corrective lenses is required for manual inspection.
• Good reading and writing skills with basic computer and digital documentation skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs/SWIs, track required training, pass all exams and qualification tests, and perform only tasks for which you are qualified. What's in this Quality Inspection Associate position for you?
