We are seeking a full-time first shift detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality and driving operational excellence across our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing in-process and final inspections, identifying and documenting non-conformances and coordinating inspection activities with production teams. The ideal candidate is someone who aligns with the company values to be driven by customer focus, collaborative innovation, relentless progress, empowered ownership, and fiscal responsibility. The position will be based out of our Waynesboro, PA facility, and reports to the Quality Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily in-process and final inspections of products per approved plans and prints
- Identify and document product non-conformances
- Complete all required quality reports and documentation per unit
- Collaborate with production management to coordinate daily inspection requirements
- Assist in developing quality-related policies, procedures, and workmanship standards
- Release finished products after passing all inspection criteria
- Perform other related duties as assigned Ability to
