Quality Inspector/Tester Hours:
1st Shift 6am-4:30pmMonday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday Pay:
$25 Job Description The Quality Inspector performs detailed inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of motors and motor controllers to ensure all products meet strict specifications and quality standards. This role involves setting up and operating equipment for trial runs, performing final inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation of inspection results and certificates of conformance. Responsibilities Perform quality inspection and quality testing on pumps, motors, and related components to verify they meet all specifications and standards. Conduct performance testing on equipment to ensure proper operation and reliability. Troubleshoot motors and motor controllers to identify and resolve performance or quality issues. Connect electrical wiring for pumps, motors, and control systems in accordance with established procedures and safety practices. Set up and operate machines on trial runs to verify accuracy of machine settings and programmed control data. Verify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications, including dimensions, tolerances, and alignment of assemblies. Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to confirm product dimensions and alignment. Essential Skills At least 2 years of experience in quality inspection. At least 2 years of experience in quality testing. Hands-on experience troubleshooting motors. Experience connecting electrical wiring in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Ability to perform performance testing on pumps and related equipment. Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools. Ability to read and interpret specifications, dimensions, and tolerances. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out ofEXTON, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
