Your Tasks Review and process inspection letters submitted by field staff to ensure accuracy, completeness, and grammar quality Verify all letters align with Account Servicing Instructions and ARISE standards, following up with inspectors or managers as needed Maintain and update account-specific templates to ensure consistent and compliant communication Distribute finalized inspection letters according to required distribution lists and client expectations Monitor workflows and follow up on missing inspection letters with District Managers on a regular basis Track daily activity (received/sent letters) and provide weekly reporting to leadership Support follow-up processes on open recommendations and manage shared inbox communications efficiently Your Qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2-3 years of administrative experience Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities What We Offer Hybrid work model supporting flexibility and work-life balance Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders A supportive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values Career development and learning opportunities Exposure to client-focused operations within a global organization Structured processes and tools to support your success
