Epic Beaker Analyst (Contract)
Location:
Remote (on-site in Florida required for testing, validation, and go-live in December/January)
Rate:
$90-$100/hr
Engagement Length:
3-4 months

No sponsorship available; H1B candidates not eligible Introduction Our healthcare client, a large health system with 5,000+ employees, is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Analyst for a short-term, highly focused engagement. This is a critical piece of an upcoming system upgrade that has been on the client's roadmap for two years, and the ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of a key label conversion project. If you have deep Epic Beaker expertise and enjoy driving a well-defined project from plan to go-live, this role offers a fast-paced, high-impact opportunity. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered. Strong, hands-on experience with Epic Beaker, specifically converting legacy SmartText label templates into Epic's Print Group (LPG) format Ability to build and execute a detailed, step-by-step action plan ahead of a scheduled system upgrade Hands-on experience testing label configurations across various physical printers Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Skills & Qualifications Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required. Prior experience supporting Epic system upgrades in a healthcare/hospital environment Experience collaborating with internal IT teams during testing and go-live support Day-to-Day Responsibilities Outline key tasks and expectations for the role. Own the end-to-end conversion of legacy SmartText label templates into Epic's Print Group (LPG) format Develop and execute a step-by-step action plan in preparation for the system upgrade Test label configurations on a variety of physical printers to ensure accuracy and functionality Partner with the internal team, who will provide backup support during testing and final launch Support testing, validation, and go-live activities on-site during December/January #tech #remote #LI-RS1
