The Quality Analyst serves as a subrogation expert responsible for ensuring service quality and compliance through audits, claim reviews, quality controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role evaluates internal claim handling, identifies subrogation opportunities in client claim files, and analyzes performance trends. The Quality Analyst supports recovery objectives and drives excellence across all aspects of subrogation performance.Technical/Functional Responsibilities:
Audits And Reviews- Completes audits of internal subrogation claim handling and assessments of claim handler performance to evaluate quality and ensure client workflow compliance. Reviews internal processes and procedures to assess and promote quality and business control. Evaluates external closed claim files to assess and identify subrogation potential. Analysis
- Performs analytical reviews to identify operational trends, determine root causes, and recommend opportunities to improve performance and quality Reporting
- Prepares clear, concise reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and results. Action Plans
- May assist with the design of action plans to improve performance, processes and controls and/or track their status and results. Quality Controls
- Supports key quality control activities, including assessments of critical subrogation processes and referral management. Continuous Improvement
- May lead or participate in process analysis and improvement projects. Claims Assistance
- May assist with subrogation claims when required to support business needs and recovery objectives.
