Job Description

- Receive product from vendors and process inbound shipments
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate incoming freight activities
- Process warehouse transactions using SAP, Manhattan, and Omni systems
- Pick, select, load, and ship product accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely
- Load merchandise onto trailers for store delivery
- Perform product letdowns and warehouse replenishment activities
- Maintain records for incoming shipments and inventory transactions
- Verify received merchandise against invoices and purchase orders
- Unload product and place merchandise in designated warehouse locations
- Conduct material audits and support inventory accuracy initiatives
- Perform inventory maintenance and cycle count activities
- Maintain warehouse slotting and item locations
- Set up and maintain item information within warehouse systems
- Support the Production Bakery with shipment-related issues
- Perform sanitation and housekeeping duties throughout the facility
- Monitor workflow and communicate issues and opportunities to leadership
- Maintain warehouse files, records, and documentation
- Support special projects and additional assignments as needed Qualifications Education and Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years of warehouse or distribution experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with SAP, Manhattan, or Omni systems preferred Required Knowledge
- Distribution and warehouse operations
- Shipping and receiving procedures
- Inventory control and cycle count practices
- Warehouse safety procedures and equipment operations
- Microsoft Office and warehouse software applications
- General clerical and recordkeeping practices Skills & Abilities
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Ability to accurately process inventory transactions
- Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
- Ability to maintain warehouse records and filing systems
- Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments timely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to support and monitor daily workflow activities

- Viewing computer monitor
- Working in freezer environments with appropriate PPE Work Environment Work is performed in warehouse and freezer environments.
