$ 20.75/hour Job Summary The Quality Assurance Inspector I will perform inspections on products manufactured through Assembly or Injection Molding processes, ensuring products meet established quality standards and specifications. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform variable and attribute inspections according to established sampling plans and accurately document findings. Interpret basic blueprint dimensions and notes related to inspected parts. Package, weigh, and label products while recording accepted and rejected quantities. Perform measurements using luer gauges, go/no-go pins, digital calipers, optical comparators, tensile testers, and other inspection equipment. Conduct functional testing to verify product quality. Properly use, maintain, and care for measuring and testing equipment. Determine product acceptability based on workmanship standards and established procedures. Appropriately disposition products as approved or rejected. Perform sorting and rework activities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Basic math skills. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous quality assurance or inspection experience preferred. Pay Details:
