Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the quality assurance and continuous improvement teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
2nd shift What's the Job? Assist the Quality Manager and Quality Engineers in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality system. Support continual improvement activities to enhance product and process quality. Conduct manual inspections to qualify parts and suppliers, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards. Collaborate with Production, Materials, and Purchasing teams to resolve non-conforming products promptly. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts to optimize quality outcomes. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; additional quality skills training is a plus. 0 - 2 years of related experience; 1 year of dimensional and visual inspection experience preferred. Knowledge of incoming inspection techniques, blueprint reading, and GD&T. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
