Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections on precision-machined aerospace and industrial components. Working in a temperature-controlled, state-of-the-art facility, you will use handheld and benchtop precision gages to ensure parts meet customer blueprints and strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final inspections on precision-machined parts. Interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications. Utilize handheld measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, drop indicators, and gages. Generate non-conformance reports and document inspection results in ERP systems (UniPoint/manual routers). Verify raw material lot number traceability. Collaborate with production team members and engineers to flag and resolve quality discrepancies.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ year of professional Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong experience using calipers, micrometers, and height gages. Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints. Basic familiarity with GD&T and computer literacy (MS Office/ERP databases). Background in Mechanical Engineering or CAD is a plus.

ITAR Requirement:

Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident) due to defense regulations.
