Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our quality systems, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers. Duties Conduct comprehensive quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Monitor compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, CGMP guidelines, and other regulatory requirements relevant to the industry. Collect and analyze data related to quality control metrics, identifying trends and areas for process improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions based on inspection findings and audit results. Maintain detailed documentation of quality inspections, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn and follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Basic computer skills (if applicable) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Must be authorized to work in the United States Bilingual (English and Spanish) required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to work meticulously with attention to detail while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
