The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based inBatesburg, SC. TheIncoming Inspectorperforms foundational inspection activities to verify that incoming materials meet required specifications. This role focuses onaccuratemeasurement, documentation, and communication of nonconformancesconducting functionaltestspurchasedmaterials, using measuring tools (calipers, gauges), and documenting defects.

Accountabilities:

Perform visual, mechanical, and dimensional inspections of incoming materialsaswellprintedcircuit boards

Document inspection results, defects,andnonconformities

Assistin inspection of containment

Assistproductiongroups with inspection of materials

Verify supplier documentation, including certificates of conformity and measurement reports

Use precise measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.

Perform transaction within SAP for incoming inspection Must have the ability to: SuccessfullycompleteIPC610/620Certification

Lift, stand, walk, and work on concrete surfaces for extended periods of time

Lift or lower items weighing < 24lbs (10.9kg) and Push or Pull efforts < 42lbs (19kg) Required skills/experience: 2-3years of experienceincoming inspection, electronic assemblies,or mechanical assemblies

Strongcommunication(written and verbal)and problem-solvingskills

Competence in Microsoft Office applications and experience with SAP software Desired skills/experience: Associate's degree in Engineeringorequivalent military/technicaltraining Education High school diploma or GED equivalent Language
