Job Description

Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 6:00PM, with overtime when neccesary.
Job description:
Execute manual and/or measurement activities to ensure quality product which conforms to customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements, to execute control processes. Participate in PPAP and continuous improvement efforts Perform inspections, and submit data for acceptance Ensure customer requirements are met Ensure in-process and final inspection are initialed and signed off at appropriate stages Ensure part identification, status, and traceability is present for all products Follow nonconforming process for all suspect product Ensure production or shipments that need to have quality issues corrected are stopped Participate in identifying Corrective and Preventive Action Measures Coordinate with Production and Weld Lab to facilitate validation activities Participate in identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
Previous experience as Quality Technician/Inspector. Previous experience in Automotive manufacturing, preferred. Experience with electro-coat paint process desired High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working in industrial production environment, preferred. Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals. Good math, reading, and writing skills. Good computer skills. Good communication skills. Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times.

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
