Contract Kelly Services is hiring a Quality Inspector / Door Repair Technician to inspect assembled doors and products for defects while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities Perform 100% visual inspections, measurements, and weight checks. Identify, document, and repair defective doors and components. Read production tickets, schedules, and quality specifications. Use tools such as tape measures, calipers, sanders, chisels, putty knives, glue guns, and clamps. Restack acceptable products and separate unrepairable materials. Complete reject sheets and other required paperwork. Follow Lean Manufacturing practices, including 5S+1. Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow PPE requirements. Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, Maintenance, and Quality personnel. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Ability to read and interpret production tickets. Ability to use basic hand tools. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and stoop throughout the shift. Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance. Ability to work in a warehouse, wood manufacturing, and non-climate-controlled environment.
