What It Takes to Inspect With Us High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to read and follow written instructions Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Reliable transportation and ability to start immediately Ability to stand for extended periods Doing The Shift Right Inspect parts using visual and basic dimensional checks Follow work instructions and customer specifications Identify, reject, and document non-conforming materials Complete inspection reports and logs accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
