Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking serious, reliable, and committed applicants for Quality Inspector positions performing inspection, sorting, and rework activities for parts and components at customer facilities. Applicants will be asked to participate in a brief phone interview as part of the hiring process. Quality Inspectors are responsible for following established work instructions, identifying defects, complying with safety requirements, and completing assigned inspection work accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect parts and components according to established work instructions and quality requirements.
  • Perform sorting and rework activities as assigned.
  • Identify defective or nonconforming parts.
  • Follow all established inspection criteria and work instructions.
  • Follow company and customer safety procedures.
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Meet established inspection cycle counts.
  • Meet production requirements.
  • Complete assigned jobs and required information in Paylocity.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area.
  • Report defects, quality concerns, or process issues to the Team Lead or Quality Supervisor. Qualifications & Competencies
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous quality, inspection, manufacturing, or related experience preferred, but not required.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Disciplined and structured.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure. Work Requirements Must be willing and able to relocate to customer job sites as operational needs require and/or be dispatched to different customer facilities within the assigned local area.
  • Follow company and customer policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to established work instructions.
  • Follow all required safety procedures.
  • Wear required safety equipment.
  • Meet assigned cycle counts and production requirements.
  • Accurately complete required job assignments in Paylocity.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing, production, or customer-site environment. Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to perform physical duties associated with inspection and material handling.
  • May be required to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • May be required to bend, reach, kneel, and perform close inspection work.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
  • May be required to push or pull up to 50 lbs.

Pay:
