Duties Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, and vision inspection systems Interpret mechanical blueprints and manufacturing documentation to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications Perform quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP
(Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and FDA regulations to ensure compliance across all production stages Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for complex dimensional measurements and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) analysis Maintain detailed records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and data collection logs for continuous quality improvement Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions Support calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments to guarantee measurement accuracy and reliability Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in industries such as medical devices, aerospace, or automotive sectors Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), GMP, FDA regulations, and regulatory/legal compliance standards in production Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools including micrometers, height gauges, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines Knowledge of mechanical blueprint interpretation, GD&T principles, and manufacturing processes Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), QA/QC procedures, and conducting quality audits Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or deviations Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to dimensional inspections Mechanical knowledge that supports understanding of manufacturing processes and product specifications Join us to play a pivotal role in ensuring product excellence!
