Responsibilities:

Perform product inspections to verify conformance to engineering drawings and specifications Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges) to validate dimensions and tolerances Document and provide objective evidence of inspection results Conduct audits, surveillance, and process monitoring activities Identify, document, and track non-conformances (NCRs) Segregate and control non-conforming material (MRB processes) Support customer product reviews and verification activities Identify recurring or significant defects and initiate corrective actions (CAPA) Maintain accurate inspection records and reports using internal systems Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 1+ years of quality inspection or related experience Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications Experience with inspection documentation and reporting Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

2-4 years of quality inspection experience (manufacturing or aerospace environment) Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI / AS9102) Knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality standards Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma principles Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle) Experience with quality management systems/software (e.g., TIPQA) Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
