Ladson, SC 29456 Job Impulse is hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector in Ladson, SC. If you have worked in manufacturing and know how to use calipers, micrometers, or other precision measuring tools , we want to talk to you. You'll inspect parts and finished products, take measurements, find defects, and make sure products meet quality standards before they move forward. What You'll Do Inspect parts during production and after they are completed Check products for defects, damage, or other quality problems Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and other measuring tools Read work instructions and product specifications Record measurements and inspection results Identify and tag parts that do not meet quality standards Keep defective materials separate from approved products Report quality problems to the appropriate team members Help identify the cause of quality problems when needed Follow safety procedures and quality standards on the production floor What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of quality inspection or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Hands-on experience using calipers and micrometers Able to take accurate measurements and identify small defects Good attention to detail Comfortable reading work instructions and specifications Basic math skills Able to accurately record inspection results Basic computer skills Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Experience with dial indicators, height gauges, pin gauges, quality documentation, or manufacturing inspection is a plus. Good Fit If You:

You've worked as a Quality Inspector, QC Inspector, Quality Technician, Manufacturing Inspector, or in another hands-on quality control position. You should be comfortable working on a manufacturing floor, measuring parts, spotting defects, and documenting what you find.
