•3:30 PM) for a short period. The Quality Inspector I is responsible for providing daily Quality Assurance support throughout manufacturing and packaging operations. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and established procedures through document review, in-process inspections, equipment and area releases, and continuous production floor support. The Quality Inspector I maintains a consistent presence in assigned production areas and serves as a quality resource to manufacturing teams. Key Responsibilities Provide Quality Assurance support for manufacturing and packaging operations. Conduct in-process inspections and monitor production activities for compliance with quality standards and procedures. Perform room clearances and release cleaned equipment, rooms, and production areas for use. Review production documentation and batch records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Assist in identifying and documenting minor and major errors, discrepancies, and deficiencies. Support investigations related to deviations and non-conformances. Review pest control and environmental monitoring records. Issue labels and other controlled printed materials according to production schedules. Evaluate and communicate issues that may impact product quality, safety, or purity. Assist with the daily operation and management of Quality Hold areas. Prepare detailed end-of-shift reports summarizing activities, findings, issues, and corrective actions taken. Provide input during SOP review and revision processes to ensure procedures accurately reflect operational requirements. Maintain current training qualifications in SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements. Organize workload effectively to meet daily objectives while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to promote quality standards and a positive work environment. Maintain regular attendance and perform additional duties as assigned. Cross-Functional Interaction This position works closely with: Manufacturing and Packaging Operators Quality Assurance and Quality Control personnel Document Control and Label Issuance teams Safety, Security, and Environmental Services departments Training Department Supply Chain Team Product Development Team Qualifications Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a pharmaceutical, food, dietary supplement manufacturing, or other regulated industry environment preferred. Auditing experience and troubleshooting abilities are a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard computer applications. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to established procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work on the production floor for extended periods. Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety policies and procedures.

Pay:

$22.00
