Quality Technician Department:
Quality Control Reports to:
Director of Quality & Customer Satisfaction Basic Function:
Maintain and manage QC Activities.
Departmental Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate incoming product inspections. Manage and coordinate final inspections (dock audits) including reporting of non-compliance issues.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Initiate, document and communicate NCP issues under your primary role. Assist department members and manager with tasks as deemed necessary by manager. Become cross-trained in all aspects of the department. Maintain departmental documents.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED equivalent. Computer operation skills and basic software knowledge to complement work tasks. Ability to read and write in English fluently. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. as part of the job function. This is an entry level position with that can learn and grown within the department. Employment-At-Will Statement
