  • Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 2, Bakery
  • Production, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing processes while consistently meeting quality, food safety, and production standards.

2:00 PM

  • 10:30 PM
Weekend Availability:

Required Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing) Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure product quality, food safety, and production specifications are met.

Monitor production processes and identify equipment, quality, or safety concerns for timely resolution.

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and required documentation.

Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and daily production activities to maximize operational efficiency.

Maintain compliance with GMPs, food safety requirements, and established production procedures.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, equipment, and production environments.

Collaborate with team members and support additional production needs to achieve operational goals. Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Equipment operation knowledge with basic troubleshooting skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.

Strong communication and observational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Must be at least 18 years of age. Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) High School Diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills.

Experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Experience operating automated production equipment.

Familiarity with production schedules, changeovers, and run orders. Aspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
