The Quality Control Technician plays a vital role in ensuring that products meet rigorous quality standards, helping to deliver superior products to customers and maintain the company's reputation for reliability and precision. We have two positions open; each are on an overnight shift with differential for qualifying hours. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Quality Lead to collect product samples for quality testing Conduct visual inspections of products to identify and document quality issues Accurately record findings and quality concerns using company forms Communicate progress and any issues to the Quality Lead in a timely manner Assist in sorting products to remove defective parts from production runs Support repackaging of products as needed to ensure quality standards are met Contribute to other general warehouse duties as required Work collaboratively with the quality team and assist with additional departmental tasks as needed Qualifications Experience in warehousing, production, or material handling is beneficial Previous quality control experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills Dependable, with a strong attendance record Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and solving problems Excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and move throughout the warehouse Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus Compensation Starting pay: $21.00 per hour plus a shift differential of $1.25/hour for weekday nights and $2.50/hour for weekend nights. Shift differential applies to qualifying hours. Initial training is MondayFriday, 8:00am4:30pm for 24 weeks; regular shift hours begin after successful completion of training.
Available shifts include:
Week Night:
MondayWednesday 7pm7am, Thursday 7pm1am ($1.25/hour shift differential)
Weekend Night:
