Responsibilities:

Grade grain Operate scale Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers Problem solving Assist with loading and unloading trucks Willingness to perform other duties within the operations

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age Must have Driver's License & good driving record Must be organized & detail oriented Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime. Must have good verbal communication skills, Must work safe, efficiently & effectively Must have basic knowledge and ability to run computers and learn new systems Operate broom or shovel Ability to work on feet more than 8 hrs/day, Ability to perform physical job duties that can include lifting up to 50lbs if needed •All applicants must be able to pass drug/alcohol test.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time seasonal position with openings in Appleton MN, Holloway MN, and Twin Brooks. Applicants should indicate their preferred work location when applying. For the right candidate, this position may lead to a permanent part-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.
