BachelorsResponsibilities Must Have:
 Forklift Certification
  •  Plus if through an OSHA-accredited trainer.
Must Have:
4 years of relevant experience OR a Degree/Certificate in Science Product Lab Testing (training provided): Run comprehensive plastic material and performance assessments, checking variables like thickness, strength, impact resistance, and visual clarity.
Competitor Benchmarking:
 Analyze alternative marketplace products to evaluate performance metrics and pinpoint development opportunities.
Trials & Deviations:
 Coordinate testing and verification protocols for new material formulations, client trials, and product development phases.
Operational Troubleshooting:
 Partner with production teams to diagnose and resolve manufacturing defects or process anomalies.
Root Cause Analysis:
 Drive investigations and implement preventative measures to stop recurring issues.
Client Care Support:
 Assist with investigation protocols for client feedback and compile data for customer-facing documentation.
Team Training:
 Train and mentor floor operators and junior lab technicians on proper testing protocols, documentation standards, and quality goals.
Regulatory Compliance:
 Help maintain the facility's SQS Certification, adherence to food safety standards, specialized handling procedures, and industry certifications. Nice to
