Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Continuing Quality Improvement (CQI) Associate to join our healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will drive initiatives that enhance patient care quality, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and support the ongoing development of our clinical and administrative processes. Your expertise will help foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data analysis and process optimization to meet accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. Duties Assist all department managers in developing and maintaining policies and procedures throughout the laboratory. Prepare, analyze, and track quality indicators throughout the laboratory. Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and develop corrective and preventative actions. Prepare a variety of client summary reports to assist in practice management. Skills Proven experience in healthcare quality improvement or assurance roles within clinical or administrative settings preferred. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively preferred. Must have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Attention to detail in every facet is a must. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Excellent data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets for actionable insights. Understanding of healthcare compliance management, accreditation standards, risk management strategies, and process improvement methodologies. Effective communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
